Eggplants are steamy hot, but this BBQ pork that I picked up yesterday at an asian supermarket is red hot.If you remember this post, you will know that this isn’t my first time trying BBQ pork. (And no, this isn’t my second time. It’s actually my fourth.) This stuff is seriously delicious. The pork is juicy and tender, but the real star is the sweet and sticky glaze. Paired together, it is the perfect combination of sweet and savoury.
I have a feeling I will be visiting my local asian supermarket again soon… 😉
