Falling in Love All Over Again

Pure protein week – Day 3:

Pan-seared salmon with caramelized garlic in a soy sauce reduction.

Salmon sashimi is my favourite way to eat salmon, but this comes in a close second. This is not your dry and overcooked salmon. This is the flavourful, juicy, tender, delicious salmon that you’ve been missing out on! And as a bonus, this is easy to make and nutritious!
