Get In Tuna With Your Health

New Year’s resolutions. Remember them?

One of mine was to get in tune with my health and start eating healthier.

I’ll be honest. For the last few weeks, I’ve been eating anything but healthy. Ice cream sandwiches, granola bars, chocolate chip cookies… the list goes on. Oh, and let’s not forget… chocolate.

But today, I’m going to try to get back on track, starting with spicy flaked light tuna on whole grain toast for lunch.

All I need to do now is continue eating healthy and not give up. (Sounds easier than it is)
